Field Trips - Coordinator: Brenna Bell

ONLY CURRENT SCCCHE MEMBERS CAN PARTICIPATE IN FIELD TRIPS

Welcome to another year of educational and fun-filled field trips!  We are looking forward to spending these special days with you and your family and pray that you find them fun and exciting as well.  The field trips for 2007-2008 are listed below.

To sign up for one (or more) field trips, take the following steps:
1)  If you have not done so, fill out and give me the Family Information Form
I must have this in my hands before you can sign up for any field trips.

2)  Check your calendar to make sure that you can go on the trip(s) you choose.  When you sign-up, you are making a promise that your family will be able to attend the trip(s).  Remember, some of the trips have limited space available, so when you sign-up, you are taking one of those places.

3)  Reserve your spot for the trip(s) at the August meeting and get your spots reserved early (there are several trips that have limited space so once they close, there will be no more sign-ups)

4)  Pay for the trip by the deadline date (make checks payable to BRENNA BELL).  If you haven’t paid by the deadline, you forfeit your spot and someone from the waiting list can be moved up into your place.  Remember that SCCCHE gets the discounts and is committed to these field trips based on those who signed up for the trips.  If we cannot honor our commitment at these establishments, then we not only lose the discounted price, but we also lose our credibility and set a bad example as Christians.

5)  Read / refresh your memory with the SCCCHE Standards of Etiquette (link) we expect while attending a field trip.  You can also view the Modesty Guidelines for an idea of what the expected attire is on any and all of these field trips.

6)  I will then send you an email (or phone call if you don’t have email) (after the deadline date) with all additional information you will need for the trip.
