Activity Surveys

All SCCCHE member families are being requested to participate in filling out these surveys to allow the coordinators to better serve our group as they begin making preparation for the 2007-08 homeschool year activities.

Kelly Kohring and I would like to have your input. We are always available for input, but this is your chance to have an impact on the upcoming year (before any schedules are written). We would like to know how you feel about past events and what you’d like to see in the future. Please take 2 minutes to answer the questions below.

  3. The Bus trip last year was a big success. Where would you like to see us go next year? Some suggestions might be (Meremac Caverns, the Home of Daniel Boone, Home of Tom Sawyer, Lincoln’s Home, Chicago Museums [ Field Museum, Museum of Natural History, Shed Aquarium, Art Museum, and the Planetarium]).
    If you don’t want to do one this year, please say so.


  4. What other field trips would you like to see happen? Some suggestions might be (the Pizza Farm, Newspaper Plant, local police or fire station, TV station, Butterfly House, Cahokia Mounds, Grants Farm, Purina Farm, Lewis & Clark Museum + Alton Lock & Dam , the Arch & Museum, the Tye-Dyed Iguana—a talk about lizards & snakes )
